Founded in 1962 by Andreas Appiani, his vision allowed him to expand and further develop the growing demand of pressed steel reels in the industry. Before establishing A APPIANI, Andreas was part of the first Italian company to manufacture industrial pressed reels, namely Mol-Bre located in Brescia, Italy. The APPIANI facility and head-office is based in Manerbio, Brescia covering some 8,000 m² of manufacturing space. The establishment carries ISO certification.

Thanks to the ever increasing wire & cable customer base and those companies who have supported us and allowed the company to expand and continue to upgrade to become a leading supplier in this field. This influenced APPIANI with the investment of new generation automation including modern CNC machinery and semi/fully automated welding and coating equipment ensuring higher quality standards and containing costs.
